• One-Time Fees: All one-time registration, activation, or application deployment fees paid to the platform are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.

• Physical Event Cancellations: A refund is processed only if a localized physical tournament, camp, picnic, or academy network session organized directly by KidzBook is officially cancelled by management without a rescheduled date.

• Exemptions: Base infrastructure platform fees, core registration costs, and digital service subscriptions remain completely exempt from event-based cancellation claims.

• Timeframe for Claims: Any eligible refund claim arising from an event cancellation must be formally submitted within 15 days of the scheduled issue's occurrence. Approved reversals will be issued back to the original payment source.

1. Finality of Digital Products & Memberships

All sales of digital products, base registrations, one-time fees, KIBU Prime Memberships, and Combined Prime Enrolments are final. Once a transaction is successfully processed and cleared, it is strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable, subject to applicable local laws.

2. Complimentary Reward Coins (Freebies)

Upon successful completion of specific one-time registration or account setups, members may be awarded a promotional balance of 2,500 complimentary coins.

• Nature of Coins: These 2,500 coins are credited purely as complimentary "freebies." They hold no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are completely non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

• E-commerce Integration & Product Launch: The reward coins are explicitly designated for use within the upcoming KidzBook e-commerce store environment. The official launch date and rollout timeline for the e-commerce product storefront will be updated and communicated to members via WhatsApp, email, or other official communication portals.

• Activation of Coin Usage: Members can begin utilizing their complimentary coin balance only after the e-commerce storefront is officially declared live by management.

• Usage Limitations & Restrictions: The redemption of these coins is subject to strict transaction limitations. Coins cannot be used to cover 100% of any product value. Specific terms and conditions, including per-product caps, category-wise restrictions, validation limits, and expiry dates, apply to all redemptions. KidzBook reserves the absolute right to set, modify, or limit the maximum number of coins redeemable per product purchase.

3. Subscription Validity & Account Tiers

• Subscription Term: Subscriptions and digital product access remain active and accessible for twelve (12) months from the exact date of purchase. Early cancellation of an account does not truncate this access window or trigger an entitlement to a prorated return of fees.

• Tier Exclusions: Access and eligibility differ between profiles (Registered Member vs. KIBU Prime Member). Experiencing restricted or excluded features as a Registered Member does not constitute grounds for account cancellation, fee waivers, or partial monetary reimbursement.

• Change of Mind: Account cancellations cannot be requested due to a change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or dissatisfaction with intangible services (such as platform layout, standard IT support, or general consultations).

This policy remains enforceable across all 28 States and 8 Union Territories of India, applying uniformly across active launch hubs and expanding operational infrastructure networks.
