• Member Profile Data: User profiles, names, and age categories designed exclusively for children and young members under 21.

• Launch Hub & Location Data: General geographic information to facilitate access to physical sports events, academy networks, tournament access, and club connections across our metropolitan launch hubs (including Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad).

• Usage & Module Data: Interactions across our ecosystem modules (Safe Social Media, Kidzsport tracks, Education Hub, and Entertainment + Brands).

• Communication Channels: We utilize your registered contact details to provide transactional updates, customer support, and system alerts via WhatsApp, email, or other communication portals.

3. Demographic Neutrality & Merit First

KidzBook operates under a philosophy of absolute equality: every single kid matters, and there are no VIP kids.

• No Biased Tracking: Special privileges, boosted visibility, and biased advantages are not tracked or granted based on socioeconomic status, background, or geographic location.

• Merit-Based Features: Advancements, competition recognition, and talent highlights are earned through individual talent, passion, and effort, not financial or social leverage.

4. Data Sharing and Compliance

• No Commercial Exploitation: Your personal data is never sold or rented to third-party advertisers for external commercial gain.

• Legal Enforcement: We reserve the right to share information if necessary to prevent online harm, protect platform security, or report concerning behavior as mandated by the Information Technology Rules of India.
